IFR Training Foggles ("Fog Goggles") are the most comfortable way to restrict your outside view while practicing instrument flying. Approx. 85% of Foggles' high-impact polycarbonate lenses are frosted so that only a small field of view is available, restricting vision to only the instrument panel. They can be worn alone or with regular eye glasses. Made of durable, shatterproof plastic.
